YouTube is riddled with distractions that can take your students’ eyes off the main video you wish them to see.

Another thing you can do to minimize distractions in YouTube is to “customize” the embed. This can be good to do with students because you can tell it not to recommend videos after its done showing the one you want.
You never know what it’s going to recommend.
